Poole Borough Council have benefited from Streetpods around the town and near transport links for the last few years and wanted to extend their high-quality storage to other areas on the town.
In 2 locations our Streetpods replaced older Bike Bins, which were unattractive and rarely used. In total, another 22 Streetpods have been across 5 central locations in Poole. The storage is intended to be used by commuters, shoppers and tourists.
Peter Wickett (Senior Walking and Cycling Officer at the Council) was on hand during the day and said they were already being well used by the time he left.
